Teaching the iGeneration

Received an interesting article about teaching the iGeneration. It discusses the various generations, how they use technology media, and most importantly how the iGeneration is paving the way for educational reform.

I know that I have not been keeping up with my posts, but today I handed in my final portfolio for my M.Ed. Obviously it has been taking a lot of my time, so I have been ignoring my posts for a few months.  Use the link above for Electronic Portfolio and check it out. After my oral review on April 2nd, I will be able to focus on giving you more links and resources.

I know that some of you were looking forward to going to the ipad workshop at AEA, but for various reasons are not able to do so. Here is the link that Deb Henkes shared with me with the resources they will be discussing at those workshops. All of the links and explanations should be up and running after Thanksgiving, but she said that anyone can take a look and try things out, even if they aren't headed over for the workshop.
